100x Impact is a world-leading initiative based at LSE, on a mission to scale social innovations that can transform hundreds of millions of lives. Backed by a £55 million philanthropic gift and partnered with LSE's Marshall Institute, 100x works with a select cohort of high-potential ventures tackling major social and environmental challenges, providing the financial, intellectual and social capital to help them scale.
The Senior Executive Assistant supports the CEO of 100x Impact, who is also Professor in Practice for the Impact Economy at the LSE and sits on strategic boards spanning the Marshall Institute, the Impact Investing Institute and the wider Impact Economy. The successful candidate will hold the whole picture of the CEO's priorities across 100x, the Marshall Institute and a wide external network, and be confident in challenging upwards on how their time is spent. They will anticipate what's needed before it's asked for - from board papers to stakeholder briefings - and be trusted to represent the CEO with judgement and discretion. This exciting role offers the successful candidate the chance to be central to one of the world’s leading social impact initiatives.
Candidates should have experience of managing a complex professional agenda, including diary management and forward planning, inbox management, meeting prioritisation and follow-up, as well as tracking workflow, commitments and follow-up actions. They should also have experience of preparing briefing papers, stakeholder profiles, meeting packs, executive correspondence and supporting governance or leadership meetings (e.g. board meetings, advisory boards, SLT meetings), including papers, minutes and tracking of follow-up actions. Candidates must have experience of planning and leading high-profile, multi-stakeholder events, roundtables, visits or stakeholder convenings, including logistics, guest lists and briefing materials, as well as experience of handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and tact.
We offer an occupational pension scheme, generous annual leave, hybrid working, and excellent training and development opportunities.
