Head of Transnational Education (TNE)
Cardiff University is seeking to appoint an experienced and ambitious Head of Transnational Education (TNE) to provide strategic leadership for Cardiff University’s ambitious and growing TNE portfolio.
The postholder will provide strategic leadership, direction and management for the University’s TNE portfolio, ensuring that its development is aligned with Cardiff University’s strategic priorities and Global Strategy. They will develop new TNE opportunities, lead partnership negotiations and oversee the development and delivery of TNE agreements across a range of international markets and jurisdictions.
The postholder will provide expert advice on the legal, regulatory and compliance considerations associated with TNE, working closely with colleagues across the University to ensure that partnerships are appropriately developed, governed and delivered.
The postholder will lead and line manage the Cardiff University TNE Team, providing strategic direction and creating a collaborative, high-performing team focused on developing and managing high-quality TNE partnerships.
The post is full time and open ended.
International travel will be necessary, as required.
Salary: £61,759 - £67,468 per annum (Grade 8)
