The Knowledge Exchange Coordinator will be based in the Cambridge Stem Cell Institute (CSCI) and will support the Senior Knowledge Exchange Manager to deliver knowledge exchange activities for the recently awarded UKRI National Hub (£25M) held in the CSCI.

The UK Hub for Predictive and AI-Enabled Human Disease Models is a UK national research initiative funded by MRC, which will translate academic New Approach Methodologies (NAMs) into validated, industry-ready systems. Translation and Knowledge Transfer and Exchange (KTE) are core operational functions across the Hub, forming the link between academia, SMEs, industry, NHS partners, regulators, charities, and patient communities, with translation embedded throughout all operational stages.

The purpose of the Knowledge Exchange Coordinator is to provide high-quality administrative support for KTE activities across the Hub and CSCI. They will work closely with the Senior Knowledge Exchange Manager and other institute professional services staff to ensure a high-quality, proactive, and effective KTE support service.

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Knowledge Exchange Coordinator to play a central support role in the delivery and development of our ambitious KTE programme. Key Responsibilities will include support and planning of KTE activities, operational input, administration and delivery of KTE objectives.

The successful candidate will have previous knowledge exchange or related relevant administrative support experience and excellent customer service skills. An understanding of the biomedical research sector either in Higher Education or commercial organisations would also be helpful. They will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced academic environment and able to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including researchers, clinicians, funders, and external commercial partners.

Full-time (1.0 FTE; change to part time and flexible working arrangements available);

Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available until 31 March 2030 in the first instance.
