About the Role
This role provides essential administrative and frontline support within the Faculty’s Student Support and Experience Team. Working closely with Student Support Officers, you will make an active and essential contribution to functions of the team across a range of priority areas including welcome and induction, student learner engagement, front-line enquiry management, extenuating circumstances, and supporting key committees and meetings. The role includes offering clear guidance in line with University regulations, and escalating complex cases appropriately. You will help foster a positive, inclusive environment and demonstrate a strong commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusivity.
About You
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, administrative, organisational and IT skills, together with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with students at Queen Mary, and relevant professional services teams within the Faculty Education and Student Experience team and beyond. A proactive, customer-focused approach and strong attention to detail are essential.
