The University of Oxford is a stimulating work environment which enjoys an international reputation as a world-class centre of excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Department’s professional support team helping to provide an integrated and high-quality professional service to staff and students across the Department.

To be successful in this role you will have a degree or equivalent experience, with substantial administrative or student-facing experience in higher education or a similarly complex environment. You will be highly organised, accurate, and able to manage competing priorities independently. You will have excellent communication and IT skills, and be able to handle confidential information with discretion. Experience of graduate admissions, student administration, or University of Oxford systems would be an advantage.
The post is permanent and offered on a full-time basis working 37.5 hours per week. The role is based within the new, purpose-built Life and Mind Building.
