We have an exciting opportunity for a Lecturer / Senior Lecturer in Biomedical Science to join the Department of Physical and Life Sciences at the University of Huddersfield.
You will be joining the Biomedical and Life Sciences, which is part of the Department of Physical and Life Sciences in the School of Applied Sciences. The Department is a great place to work, with a supportive and collegiate environment and excellent research facilities, including recently upgraded confocal/fluorescence microscopy and other bioscience infrastructure. As a Lecturer / Senior Lecturer, you will hold a PhD and contribute to the development and delivery of undergraduate teaching in the BSc Biomedical Science degree programme and other related courses within the Biomedical and Life Science subject area. We are looking for a person who is comfortable in pivoting between different specialities and tasks as they evolve. You will work with an experienced team to support the delivery, administration and assessment of students. You will be able to demonstrate that you can support students through a range of methods and strategies to ensure a high-quality learning experience. The Senior Lecturer position would be suitable for those with a track record in delivering education, research and carrying out associated administration.
