About the Role
Join the People Team at an exciting time of transformation and play a key role in shaping and delivering a proactive, trusted and impactful People Partnering service across the University.
As a People Partner, you will work closely with leaders at all levels, providing expert coaching, challenge and advice across a broad range of people matters. Drawing on your professional expertise and judgement, you will support organisational development and change, employee relations, performance, recruitment, talent development and wellbeing, helping leaders create positive, inclusive and high-performing environments.
Aligned to a School, Faculty or Professional Services area, you will become a trusted partner who understands local priorities, challenges and opportunities. Using data, insight and strong stakeholder relationships, you will help shape tailored people strategies and action plans, while contributing to University-wide initiatives and objectives.
You will play an important role in supporting the early resolution of employee relations matters, coaching managers to address issues informally wherever possible and working closely with the Case Management team to ensure a seamless and consistent colleague experience.
This is a varied and influential role that offers the opportunity to shape culture, build leadership capability and support meaningful organisational change. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the People Team, you will help deliver an integrated and exceptional service to stakeholders across the University.
