This is an exciting opportunity to join Vogue College of Fashion and play a key role in the delivery and continued development of our growing portfolio of online and short courses.
Reporting to the Head of Online & Short Courses, the postholder will coordinate the day-to-day operational planning, administration and delivery of a diverse portfolio of online and short courses. Working closely with academic colleagues, visiting lecturers and internal teams, the role ensures that programmes are effectively planned, resourced and delivered, contributing to a high-quality experience for students from enrolment through to course completion.
The role will support a broad range of activities, including programme scheduling, learning platform administration, student communications, faculty coordination, course materials management and course-related events. Acting as a key operational point of contact for students, course leaders and visiting lecturers, the postholder will work across multiple programmes simultaneously, ensuring that information is accurate, deadlines are met and operational processes run smoothly.
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented administrator with experience in programme, course, student experience or academic administration, ideally within a higher education, professional learning or similar environment. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator, capable of building positive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Experience of supporting online learning, short courses or executive education programmes would be advantageous, as would familiarity with systems such as Canvas, Zoom, Monday.com or similar digital platforms.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team and contribute to the delivery of industry-focused learning experiences within a globally recognised educational institution connected to the world of fashion, media and creative industries.
