Starting salary from £38,784 per annum, dependent on skills and experience, with an annual increment up to £46,049 per annum.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the People and Culture Division. Working across the university, you will help colleagues develop the confidence, skills and behaviours needed to thrive in an increasingly digital and AI-enabled workplace.
You will play a central role in supporting the implementation of the Jisc Discovery Tool, analysing organisational capability needs, coordinating development activity and helping to shape a culture of continuous learning, experimentation and responsible innovation.
The role will also contribute to UEA's emerging AI capability programme, helping staff understand how AI can be used ethically, effectively and confidently to enhance productivity, improve services and support new ways of working.
You will be an experienced organisational development, learning and development, change or project professional with excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a passion for helping people develop new capabilities.
You will be comfortable working across organisational boundaries, translating complex information into practical solutions and coordinating activity involving a diverse range of colleagues.
With an interest in digital capability and workforce development, strong analytical and facilitation skill and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, you will bring experience of coordinating projects, programmes or organisational development initiatives.
Experience of digital capability frameworks, higher education, AI literacy programmes or organisational change initiatives would be advantageous.
This full-time post is available on a fixed term basis for three years.
