Senior Programme Manager

Starting salary from £48,822 per annum, dependent on skills and experience, with an annual increment up to £56,535 per annum.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Programme Manager to join the Strategic Programmes and Change division to support the delivery of the Sainsbury Centre refurbishment programme, a complex University-wide initiative.

Key duties of the role include providing leadership across the entire programme lifecycle, coordinating cross-University activity, building strong stakeholder relationships, managing complex interdependencies, and driving the successful delivery of programme outcomes and long-term benefits.

You will havea proven track record of leading complex programmes, building strong stakeholder relationships, and delivering successful outcomes through collaboration, planning and effective leadership.

This full-time post is available from 20 November 2026 on a fixed-term basis for 3 years.
