Birmingham Newman University is seeking a proactive and organised Marketing Campaigns Assistant to support the delivery of marketing, student recruitment and communications activity across the University. 

This varied role provides operational support across the planning, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to support student recruitment, applicant conversion, brand awareness and stakeholder engagement.

Working collaboratively with colleagues across Student Recruitment, Marketing and Communications, you will coordinate campaign activity, support content production, maintain campaign plans and trackers, liaise with suppliers and partners, and assist with digital and website content. 

You will also play a key role in managing enquiries, maintaining key inboxes, supporting reporting and analysis, monitoring campaign performance, and providing excellent customer service to prospective students and stakeholders. 

We are looking for a motivated individual with strong organisational, communication, and administrative skills who can manage multiple priorities and work effectively as part of a busy team. 

You will contribute to Open Days, Applicant Days and other recruitment events throughout the year and will have the opportunity to develop a broad range of marketing and communications skills. 

Essential criteria include excellent communication skills, strong IT capability, customer-focused working, organisational skills, and the ability to analyse information and data effectively.
