The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) is one of the foremost social sciences universities in the world specialising in Social Sciences. The HR Division provides advice and support to the School and its diverse customer base of over 4,000 employees.

We are currently looking for a proactive individual to join our busy team dedicated to providing the best customer service to our users. The Review and Promotion team sits within the larger HR Operations function and is responsible for effective, high-quality Human Resources services to staff through the management of various School committees.

The HR Administrator role will appeal to you if you have an interest in the higher education sector, excellent organisational skills and strong communication skills. You will be instrumental in providing support to the team and the School’s employees during a time of change both within the HR Division and in the wider School. For this role you will also need to be a strong self-motivator with excellent IT skills and a positive customer services ethos. You will have a supportive team around you but you will need to be versatile, adaptable, resilient and solutions-focused. As an effective relationship builder, you will be comfortable working within a complex, changing environment with the ability to thrive under pressure.

The HR Division is currently working on improving processes and systems in the function to considerably optimise the customer journey. There will be an opportunity for this role to be creative and forward-thinking in partaking in process improvements in their area of expertise to make a significant difference in the service experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop and enhance your current skills and experience in Human Resources. We welcome your application.

We offer an occupational pension scheme, generous annual leave and excellent training and development opportunities.
