Applications are invited to apply for a Senior Technician post in the Division of Infection and Immunity within the School of Medicine, Cardiff University, based at Heath Park Campus. This School of Medicine post will be within the Gallimore Godkin lab and is a position within a four-year programme grant funded by MRC. The project involves helping a team of researchers measure T cell responses to antigens derived from influenza virus in humans and in mouse models. The successful candidate will join a thriving team of immunologists studying fundamental aspects of viral immunology and seeking means to translate this knowledge to novel vaccines against influenza infection.
Candidates should have A Levels in Science and demonstrate relevant experience/outputs in laboratory research.
