CONTRACT: Fixed-Term Contract, 11 months

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Administrator to join Trinity Hall’s HR team on a fixed-term basis. Based within the Bursarial Office, you will work closely with the Director of HR and Senior HR Administrator to deliver accurate and timely support across the employee lifecycle for staff, Fellows and casual workers. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information.

The role is based at our central site, Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00, for a minimum of 30 hours per week across four to five days.

Duties

This is a varied post with duties to include:

  • Support recruitment by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, updating the Applicant Tracking System and liaising with recruiting managers.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and enter data promptly into HR systems.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding and related employee documentation.
  • Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally, answering routine HR queries or escalating as needed.
  • Coordinate interviews and room bookings, and support selection processes as required by the Director of HR.
  • Conduct Right to Work checks in line with current UK immigration requirements.
