The University of Warwick is one of 12 institutions awarded funding from the prestigious Global Talent Fund to attract world-class international researchers who are passionate about working at the intersection of Creative Technologies and Advanced Manufacturing.
This is an opportunity to build your own independent research profile while contributing to the research of WMG and its partners, in the areas of Extended Reality, Visual Computing, Human-Computer Interaction, Human-AI Interaction, and Applied (Generative) AI. You will conduct research on interactive, immersive experiences for everyday personal and professional contexts, and on the AI methods that enable them in real-world settings, such as scene understanding, object recognition, and language-based interfaces. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary research group, collaborating with colleagues across the University and with external partners. Application domains include manufacturing, health, and the creative industries.
