If so, an exciting opportunity has arisen within our Built Environment Project team for an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of a variety of construction and refurbishment projects ranging from 50k to 5m across our diverse estate.
This role offers the successful applicant the opportunity and scope to deliver a variety of exciting construction projects, across a varied building stock whilst working closely with our clients and stakeholders. Namely, academics, technical managers and in-house professional services teams.
Role & Responsibilities:
Working for the Head of Built Environment Projects, youll be tasked with developing client briefs, appointing specialist consultants and contractors to support the delivery of the varied portfolio of projects currently under the control of the Estates and Facilities Department.
Whilst the post holder will take full responsibility for the delivery of their projects they will be supported by an experienced team. We are a friendly, flexible and supportive team that promotes a positive life-work balance. As a result, this role is offered on a hybrid basis with an expectation that the postholder will be on campus for a minimum of 3 days per week.
