Responsibilities

In the role of Landscape Sports Assistant, you will:

• Maintain and prepare sports fields and facilities to an exceptionally high standard
• Ensure the grounds meet all health and safety regulations
• Operate and maintain a range of groundskeeping equipment
• Collaborate with the sports department to determine and implement outstanding landscaping solutions
• Assist in the planning and execution of campus sports events
• Monitor and report on the condition of sports facilities, ensuring any issues are addressed promptly

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience in groundskeeping or a related field
• Knowledge of sports field maintenance and equipment
• Strong focus on detail and the capacity to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive and ambitious approach to your work
• The ability to compete and successfully carry out tasks independently and as part of a group
