About the Role
We are seeking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic grade 3 Campus Customer Support Officer L2 Apprentice, to join our IT support team for 2 years apprenticeship programme.
The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, and an interest in working with a wide range of hardware, software, and operating systems including Windows, Mac, and Linux. Applicants should demonstrate a willingness to learn, work both independently and as part of a team, and develop an understanding of IT service management processes within an ITIL-aligned organisation.
