About You
You will possess proven experience and a track record of successfully leading the development and implementation of space and workplace strategies at a senior and influential level, preferably in a Higher Education environment.
The successful candidates will establish a strong evidence base for space management and planning, including the production and analysis of utilisation data, establishing benchmarks, and constructing scenario plans to forecast the demand for space. The Space Managers will work closely with our internal clients at a tactical and strategic level to ensure that facilities are fit for purpose and achieve optimum use of space.
About Role
Reporting to the Head of Space Planning, the successful candidates will work at a strategic and operational level to plan and advise on campus space planning options and space requirements for the short, medium and long term.
The Space Manager will play a pivotal role in improving the way the University uses its space, supports strategic growth, improves the utilisation of the estate, and enhances workplace experience.
