About the Role
As Business Management Coordinator, you will provide wide-ranging operational and administrative support across IT Services, helping teams deliver transformation initiatives and maintain effective day-to-day services. The role includes coordinating meetings, workshops and events; supporting recruitment and resourcing activities; preparing reports, briefings and communications; maintaining records and internal systems; and responding to managers’ queries. You will also support small projects, finance and procurement activities, review internal processes, and work with colleagues and stakeholders across the University to ensure information and submissions are accurate, complete and delivered on time
About You

You will be confident using Microsoft applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels and work independently when required. Experience of recruitment processes, finance, procurement, reporting or supporting formal meetings would be valuable. A proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach is essential.
