In order to support the Epsom School of Creative Business, Fashion and Enterprise continuing growth, we are seeking colleagues who can contribute to developing the School further through creative teaching, research, and professional practice.
We are looking for a talented, innovative, and inclusive individual from within the field of fashion business and understands contemporary fashion trends and sustainable supply chain management. You will be passionate about your specialist area of research, inventive in your approach to teaching, and eager to work collaboratively to contribute to broader, team-taught modules. You will have the practical skills, knowledge, and experience to work with our students to expand their understanding of fashion trends and sustainable supply chain management on a global scale.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include delivering high-quality, inventive, and inclusive teaching in fashion trends and sustainable supply chain management, while actively building on and expanding our current teaching provision and curriculum modules. You will contribute to our thriving research environment, advancing your own specialist area of research, and work collaboratively within academic teams on broader, team-taught modules, all while supporting university life and fostering an environment of equality, diversity, and inclusion. To be successful, you must possess proven experience of teaching at university level, or commensurate professional, industry experience, alongside deep practical skills, knowledge, and expertise in contemporary fashion trends, business, and supply chain management. Additionally, you should demonstrate a clear awareness of contemporary critical issues within the field globally, alongside an evidenced commitment to equality, diversity, inclusion, and widening participation across all aspects of teaching, research, and university life.
