The Role
This is an opportunity to play a leading role in a significant transformation programme at the University of Cambridge. The Finance Transformation Programme (FTP) is seeking a Senior Change Manager to join its Change and Engagement Team, helping to shape how colleagues across the University experience and adopt change.
Your Skills
In this fixed-term role, with line management responsibilities, you will lead the Change and Engagement Team in preparing finance and non-finance colleagues for the transition to new systems, processes and ways of working. Your focus will be on ensuring colleagues feel informed, supported and confident throughout the transformation journey.
Working across a complex and diverse organisation, you will guide change readiness activities, engage with stakeholders at all levels, and help validate the impacts and benefits of the transformation with end users. You will support the successful introduction of Oracle Fusion and new financial ways of working, ensuring that the needs and perspectives of colleagues are reflected throughout delivery.
The role offers significant opportunities to collaborate with programme leaders, operational teams, and specialist Training and Communications colleagues. It is ideally suited to a change professional who enjoys building relationships, leading teams, and helping organisations navigate large-scale transformation with confidence and clarity.
Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available until 31 December 2027 in the first instance.
The post is offered to internal candidates only on the basis of a secondment from their current role in the University.
