Are you a creative communicator with a passion for storytelling and digital content? Join our Communications and Campaigns team at Leeds Beckett University, where your work can inspire change, support students, and bring impactful research to life.
We're looking for someone with experience in content creation, media, social media, PR and digital communications - someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a great eye for a story. This role involves developing campaigns to connect with diverse audiences, translating complex research into compelling news stories, supporting press office activity, contributing to media coverage, and helping shape the university's voice across digital and traditional channels.
It’s a hands-on position where your skills will support high-profile campaigns, celebrate student success, promote research, and drive engagement. From writing news stories, features and social media content, capturing and editing video and managing content calendars, to live-posting at our events and responding to emerging stories, you’ll be part of a busy, creative, and supportive team.
If you bring great writing skills, a strong awareness of social media trends, an understanding of what makes content engaging and a collaborative mindset, we’d love to hear from you.
At Leeds Beckett, we value diverse perspectives and offer hybrid working, generous holidays, and career development support. Join a team committed to meaningful communications that make a difference.
Closing date: Monday 2nd November 2026 (23:59) Please note that you will not be able to edit or submit a part-completed application form after the closing date.
