Registry Officer

Join the Royal College of Art and help deliver an outstanding student experience.

The Royal College of Art (RCA) is the world’s leading university of art and design, renowned for its postgraduate-only community of artists, designers, researchers and innovators. As we continue to shape the future of art and design education, our professional services teams play a vital role in supporting our students throughout their journey with us.

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Registry Officer to join our Registry Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth and effective delivery of key postgraduate student services, with a particular focus on admissions, enrolment and student records.

Working under the direction of the Admissions and Enrolment Manager, you will act as a key Registry contact for your designated School, building strong working relationships with academic and professional services colleagues. You will support the admissions and enrolment process from application checks and offer generation through to registration, ensuring student records are accurate, complete and maintained to a high standard.

You will also respond to applicant and student enquiries through our ServiceNow platform, support registration and induction activities, and help ensure that Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) documents are issued within the required timescales. Working collaboratively with teams across the College, you will contribute to important compliance activities, including those relating to UKVI, HESA and data protection.

We are looking for someone with administrative experience in a busy, customer-focused environment and a good understanding of the student lifecycle. You will bring excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a varied workload, particularly during busy admissions and enrolment periods. Confident using digital systems and databases, you will be an effective communicator who takes initiative, solves problems and works collaboratively to deliver an excellent service.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in accuracy and providing outstanding customer service, and would like to play a key role in supporting the RCA’s postgraduate community, we would love to hear from you.

Closing for applications at:  11.59pm 8th November 2026

Interviews are expected to take place on 25th November 2026
