Philanthropy and Global Engagement (PAGE) builds lifelong relationships with alumni, volunteers, donors and partners. Alumni Engagement leads LSE’s relationships with around 240,000 alumni and 6,000 volunteers.

We seek a strategic, collaborative Alumni Reunions Programme Manager to lead and improve LSE’s reunion programme, helping alumni reconnect while increasing participation, volunteer leadership and philanthropic giving.

About the role

Working across Alumni Engagement, Regular Giving, Major Gifts and Legacies, and in collaboration with Supporter Engagement, you will build an insight-led programme that moves alumni from participation and volunteering into giving. You will:

  • Lead milestone reunions, set success measures and use evaluation to improve delivery.
  • Recruit and support reunion volunteers, class representatives and committees.
  • Develop reunion and class giving with fundraising colleagues and own the reunions target.
  • Coordinate communications, campaigns and impact stories that drive participation and giving.
  • Use CRM, engagement and fundraising data to identify audiences, track KPIs and advise senior stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets, suppliers and cross-School relationships in line with School policies.

About you

  • A degree or equivalent, experience leading higher education alumni engagement, and knowledge of fundraising and good data practice.
  • Experience recruiting and supporting diverse volunteers.
  • Strong project management and delivery through multiple stakeholders.
  • Clear, persuasive communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organisation, analysis and accuracy, with strong IT and advanced Excel skills.
  • A positive, flexible and solution-focused approach.

We offer an occupational pension scheme, generous annual leave, hybrid working, and excellent training and development opportunities.
