Do you have a talent for turning complex data into meaningful insight? Are you motivated by helping people make better decisions?
The Business Intelligence and Insight team sits at the heart of decision making at the university. We provide data, insight and analysis that help shape the University's future.
We're looking for a Business Intelligence and Insight Analyst to develop data dashboards and insight products that enable colleagues across the university answer key questions, understand performance and make evidence-based decisions.
In this role, you'll work across the full student lifecycle, from recruitment and enrolment through to continuation, attainment and graduate outcomes. You'll use data from a range of internal and external sources to identify trends, answer business questions and deliver actionable insight.
You'll be working with colleagues across the university, helping them turn information needs into effective dashboards and visualisations. Whether you're gathering requirements, designing reports or presenting findings, you'll make complex data easier to understand and use.
We're looking for a problem-solver, is confident in working with data, and takes pride in creating intuitive, user-focussed dashboards. Experience of Higher Education and the wider sector landscape would be an advantage.
If you're curious, analytical and motivated by making a visible difference, we'd love to hear from you.
Join us and help shape decisions that improve outcomes for students and the University as a whole.
