The successful applicant to this fixed-term opportunity until 30 September 2027 will play a key role in contributing to the delivery and continuous development of the University's examinations, assessments, and awards processes.
As part of the Examinations, Assessments and Awards Team, you will support a range of complex operational activities that underpin the successful delivery of examination periods across multiple assessment cycles each year, while supporting the implementation and embedding of new processes arising from the University's ongoing examinations review.
Working closely with colleagues across Academic Operations, Faculties and Professional Services, you will provide advice and guidance on examination, assessment and award regulations and procedures, support activities associated with the University's new invigilation model, and the secure administration of examinations, as well as contributing to the delivery of progression and award processes. You will also analyse and reconcile complex data, produce management information, and help drive continuous improvements to services that are critical to both the student experience and the effective administration of assessment processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to develop specialist expertise in examinations and assessment administration, gain exposure to institution-wide operational activity, and contribute to significant service developments within a complex and fast-paced university environment
