Sheffield Hallam aspires to create opportunities and transform lives, both for our students and the wider region. With a strong track record of delivering strategic change, we are looking to expand our successful team of Project Managers with opportunities available in both our Business Change and Digital Change teams.
To support our ambitions, we are embarking on exciting programmes that aim to diversify our income and target new markets, improve our organisational efficiency, and bring some of our core processes and systems up to date. These roles will join our high-performing teams to deliver a range of projects to support these aims.
As a Project Manager you will be part of how we deliver strategic change in an agile and responsive way. You will deliver projects, providing oversight and management of interdependencies, risks and issues, and manage time, cost and quality to ensure that benefits are realised.
You will have experience of leading and managing successful change initiatives using a formal project management approach.
Our Project Managers are responsible for delivering some of the University's biggest and most complex initiatives. Pulling together delivery teams from across the organisation you could be leading on developing new ways of working, implementing new systems and data integrations, process improvements, new teaching and learning models or enabling business efficiencies. These projects will be high-profile and require a depth of experience in delivering strategic change in a large organisation.
You will also have experience working with groups of stakeholders from different disciplines and the confidence to challenge, engage and support all levels of staff across the organisation.
