School Support Coordinator

Are you an experienced office manager with a track record of developing and implementing effective working processes?  Do you have highly developed organisational and people skills?  Are you looking for a new challenge where your skills can make a real difference to the effective operation of the business?

We are looking for a professional and proactive individual to join us to manage the administrative support for the School.  A challenging and incredibly varied role, your remit will involve taking responsibility for a range of issues including reviewing and developing processes, PA provision, Human Resources (HR), finance, Health & Safety (H&S), estates and IT support, ensuring the effective organisation and delivery of these services across the School. You will also have formal line management responsibility for a School Support Officer and will report to the School Business and Partnerships Manager.

This is a developmental role and is substantively grade 7, with grade 6 being used as a training grade.  If you are appointed to this role at grade 6 you will undertake a training plan of up to 3 years after which it is expected that you will have developed sufficiently to move to grade 7.
