Senior Customer Services Co-ordinator

This is a full-time post available for a fixed-term period of 24 months.

Applications are invited for this exciting new role to help shape and develop customer services within the University Library and to provide support for daily operations and contribute to strategic developments. Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, the focus will be on delivering high-quality Customer Services and providing strong direction to Customer Services supervisors. You will be responsible for managing three Extended Hours Supervisors and the Leazes Road Library Supervisor.

The closing date for the receipt of applications is 9th November 2016; short-listing is scheduled to take place around 21st November, with interviews on 30th November 2016.
