Customer Services Manager Grade 7

You will join the Customer Services section in the University Library, working with the Associate Director, the Deputy Head of Customer Services, and the other Customer Services Managers, to manage a range of services in the Library. You should have a degree (or equivalent qualification or relevant professional experience) with a qualification in Librarianship/Information Management and experience of team working in a busy service environment. Relevant experience of managing a team is essential. You will possess a high level of organisational, leadership and interpersonal skills and will demonstrate an enthusiasm for the development and delivery of quality services to Library users and a commitment to excellent customer care. Some occasional additional duties may be required.
