Identity and Access Management (IAM) Manager

University of Lincoln - ICT Services

The University of Lincoln, through its ICT strategy, is in the process of delivering a significant change to how services are delivered to members of the University community, and visitors both physical and virtual, through Identity and Access Management (IAM) and role-based access to digital resources, information and services. This will be independent of device type, ownership and location, using cloud and remote applications technologies, whilst maintaining compliance with legal, regulatory and licence conditions and protection of personal and confidential information.

As such, the University's ICT Services department is looking to recruit an IAM Manager who will provide expert oversight of the IAM solution during its introduction and throughout its operational life. The ideal candidate will have extensive and demonstrable IAM experience.

You will work closely with colleagues throughout ICT Services and the University as a whole, ensuring that the solution is exploited to best advantage. Work will initially take place in a project context under the direction of a Project Manager but with the expectation that you will lead certain elements. At the conclusion of the implementation project you will continue to manage the solution, being the department’s foremost expert on IAM.
