Library Services Manager

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Library Services Manager within Library and Learning Services (LLS). The Library Services Manager will be responsible for the delivery, management and development of our high quality, responsive and customer-focused library service.

The successful candidate will have a qualification in library/information science, be an excellent communicator, be a proactive problem solver and be able to create and promote a culture of excellent customer service throughout the team. Proven experience of staff management within a customer focused environment, of motivating and leading a team through change, and knowledge of current developments in the delivery of customer centered services are essential for the role.
