The Alumni Relations and Development Office lies at the heart of the College and was established to promote good relationships between the College and its alumni and raise funds in support of the College's educational and research objectives.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and effective Development Officer (Annual Fund) to join the team at Brasenose College. We are looking for an outstanding individual with excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills to take a pivotal role in this successful team. You will be responsible for managing the Annual Fund, including telephone campaigns, regular targeted mailings, the administration of donations, budget monitoring and the creation of fundraising support materials. The primary purpose of the post is to expand the College’s regular giving programme by; increasing participation levels, growing annual fund contributions, acknowledging, stewarding and broadening the donor base.

It is desirable but not essential that the successful candidate has experience of working within a fundraising environment, preferably within education, and has previous experience with annual fund/telephone fundraising.

The appointment, which is pensionable, will be made on the University Grade 5 scale (£24,565 - £29,301 pa), depending on previous related experience.
