An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Recruitment professional to help lead our fast-paced and innovative Recruitment & Admissions team as Head of UK/EU Student Recruitment.

The Head of UK/EU Student Recruitment leads recruitment activities for undergraduate and postgraduate UK and EU students ensuring that strategies for recruitment are delivered and recruitment and admissions targets met. In contributing to these objectives, the post holder will work largely autonomously and without close line management supervision. You will have the freedom to work in a proactive manner and decide how to achieve the end result.

The post holder will manage and lead the team that promote the University to UK and EU students, and be expected to establish strong relationships with relevant stakeholders such as target schools, colleges, agents and other networks. In addition, the role holder will be responsible for ensuring the successful organisation of the Applicant Days that occur from December through to April, with the aim of improving conversion of our applicants.

Experience of working in Higher Education student recruitment and EU recruitment, as well as experience within the key EU recruitment markets is essential for this role.
