If you want to oversee IT service delivery for Lancaster University’s strategic partners, working both in Lancaster and at our partner institutions; if you want to impact the strategic direction of the IT services that delivers to our partners, then this is the role for you.

Working in Information Systems Services, the Strategic Partner IT Service Manager will oversee all ISS’s interactions with current and future Strategic Partners. You will take a pro-active approach to developing long term plans to ensure IT service deliver at our partners reflects the needs of students and staff at those partners.

You’ll have a background in IT Service Management, possibly in a Higher Education setting, and be able to influence a wide range of stakeholders. You’ll be able and willing to speak to people with all kinds of relationships to the university from all over the world and reflect their needs to the rest of ISS.

This is an indefinite post.
