We're looking for an organised Office Manager to support our Advancement team in the delivery of our philanthropic fundraising activities.

The Role

Can you help Deliver the School's Fundraising Objectives and Strategic Priorities?

The energetic teams in our fast-paced Advancement department work together to develop and manage relationships with the alumni community, and fundraising from individuals, corporations and trusts - building important relationships and promoting the image of the School. Our Major Gifts team is at the centre of philanthropic fundraising for the School. Joining them as Office Manager, Advancement, you'll support the Major Gift Directors to deliver the School's fundraising objectives and strategic priorities. That means you'll:

  • Proactively manage the workload of the Director of Major Gifts, and Associate Directors of Major Gifts and High-End Annual Fund
  • Prepare documents, presentations, reports, data, research briefs and profiles in support of donor meetings
  • Ensure the Director of Major Gifts has clear sight of what their priorities are and support them in the delivery of materials
  • Manage bespoke major gift events
  • Take ownership for data reporting and queries

Who We Are Looking For

  • A bachelor's degree
  • Experience in advancement/fundraising operation
  • Relationship building skills
  • The ability to work with and maintain CRM databases
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Thorough knowledge of all MS Office packages

Salary: Circa £28,000
