We are seeking to recruit a part-time evening and weekend supervisor to our Northampton Square Library team. Hours of work will be Mon-Wed 5pm-9pm, and alternate weekends 11.45am-6.15pm.

The evening and weekend supervisor ensures the smooth delivery of core library services through answering reference and procedural enquiries, delivering circulation functions, and assisting with library equipment. This role involves the supervision of a small team of staff delivering the above services, and also in shelving and maintaining a good study environment for all our users.

Person Specification
The successful candidate will have relevant experience, preferably in an academic library setting, and excellent customer service skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to supervise a team and foster a collaborative approach to work are also required.
