Knowledge Exchange Co-ordinator

(1 year Fixed Term Contract)

Location: Cranfield, Bedfordshire

The Research and Innovation Office (RIO) supports researchers in working together to achieve excellence and impact in delivering the University’s vision for research and innovation.

The Knowledge Exchange Co-ordinator will report to the Knowledge Exchange Manager under the overall direction of the Director of Research and Innovation in the Research and Innovation Office. You will work alongside and closely with the Knowledge Exchange Officer and will be responsible for supporting knowledge exchange grant applications, together with administrative support for knowledge exchange activities. There will be a particular focus on post-award management for Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTPs).

You will be educated to degree level (or equivalent professional experience). Experience in a role which required the ability to build relationships internally and externally to the organisation is essential. You will be able to multitask with a large number of ongoing projects at different stages as well as demonstrate organisational and time-management skills working efficiently to strict deadlines. A high level of professionalism alongside excellent administrative and written skills are required for this post.
