Switchboard Supervisor

We seek to appoint an individual to work as part of the Network & Telephony team providing supervision of the main Whiteknights telephone switchboard and the management of the telephone operator.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to have an active role on an upcoming project for the transition from legacy, analogue PBX systems to VoIP telephony.

You will have:

  • Experience with Switchboard Operator procedures
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent knowledge of telephone extension programming
  • Excellent knowledge of voicemail, call logging and records systems
  • Experience using Call Centre platforms

2 positions available:

Permanent, Part-time (25 hours per week), morning shift (08:15 to 13:15), flexibility to cover morning shift (8:15 to 13:15) or both shifts (8:15-17:00) is required.

Fixed Term until 31/12/2018, Part-time (20 hours per week), afternoon shift (13:00 to 17:00), flexibility to cover morning shift (8:15 to 13:15) or both shifts (8:15-17:00) is required.
