Senior Development Executive

University of Oxford - St Catherine’s College

One of the newest and largest Colleges within the University of Oxford, St Catherine’s is looking for a vibrant, self-motivated and organised person to join our team as a Senior Development Executive.

The post holder will be part of an energetic, team-spirited department, reporting to the Director of Development and working closely with other members of staff in the Development Office as well as the Master’s Office. The post holder will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Development Assistant.

The main purpose of the post is to effectively manage and implement the College’s regular giving programme which seeks to gain financial support from alumni and parents.

The post holder will manage our current programme, assessing and implementing optimal fundraising techniques in order to increase the participation and size of gifts, as well as streamlining our processes, whilst ensuring we are compliant with any legislation surrounding the storing and handling of data.

After a successful period in post, the post-holder may also incorporate face-to-face fundraising into their remit. 

The salary is within the range of £28,098 - £33,518 per annum, dependent upon skills and experience. In addition, benefits include 30 days annual leave, lunches free of charge, free use of the College gym and season ticket loan scheme for travel.
