Lectureship in Pharmacy Practice / Clinical Pharmacy

Applications are invited for a full-time lecturer (Teaching & Research) to join the team developing novel, patient focused Pharmacy initiatives within the College of Medical and Dental Sciences at the University of Birmingham. 

The post holder will make a key contribution to the portfolio of undergraduate and postgraduate Pharmacy taught programmes.

In addition, the successful applicant will conduct personal pharmacy practice / clinical pharmacy research and participate in existing projects. The highly successful research focused environment is an excellent platform for Pharmacy research, having active links to healthcare providers in all sectors and other healthcare professional researchers.

Applicants should have a background in delivering patient facing clinical pharmacy or pharmaceutical care, pharmacy professional practice and / or pharmaceutical education and possess a relevant PhD with evidence of developing research activity.

Full time starting salary is normally in the range £39,993 to £47,722. With potential progression once in post to £53,690 a year.
