An opportunity has arisen for a Dynamics CRM System Analyst to support the roll-out and ongoing development of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

The Centre for SME Development is looking to appoint an enthusiastic individual with significant experience of tailoring, configuring, and customising Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including workflows, dashboards, and reports. The Centre is a small team working across the university, connecting students and colleagues with the business community. The Centre hosts the university-wide business-to-business CRM system that went live in August 2017. The CRM has a sole purpose, to manage enquiries and engagements with the business community and thus provide a single view of interaction.

This is a full-time role to support the ongoing rollout across the university, to provide training and to undertake customisation of the system alongside our MS Dynamics Developer partner. The aim is to ensure that the CRM system delivers a platform for the effective management of data, relationships, and interactions between UCLan and the business community.

Educated to degree level (or equivalent) with excellent written and oral communication skills, the post holder will work closely with the Centre for SME Development and Marketing teams to support the business engagement agenda as well as assist in the development of training materials for end user training and deliver workshops as required. With an understanding of data protection legislation, good self-organisation, and excellent attention to detail, the successful applicant will have experience of tailoring, configuring, and customising Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
