The Department of Economics, a large and vibrant academic unit within the LSE, is seeking to appoint a focused and committed professional to act as its Teaching & MRes/PhD Programme Administrator.
You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the Department’s teaching planning activities, including the administration of Graduate Teaching Assistants, Occasional Research Assistant contracts and monthly ad-hoc payments. You will also be responsible for providing administrative support to the MRes/PhD Programme Manager, ensuring that a consistent level of service is given to all MRes/PhD students.
Candidates should be educated to a degree standard or equivalent through experience, possess excellent IT, particularly excellent and clear verbal and written communication skills, and have the ability to work on projects concurrently without loss of attention to detail or accuracy.
