We are looking for an art historian who can teach a survey course on Contemporary art with a focus on art and politics from the 1960s-1980s. This is part of a second-year undergraduate level course on the history of Western art. Candidates able to teach on the politics of the body in contemporary art practice are particularly welcome.  

Sessions run from 2-4pm on Thursdays for five weeks at Ewert House, Summertown, Oxford from 18 April 2024 to 16 May 2024. Sessions will cover postminimalism, land art and performance in relation to issues of race, gender and ecology.
