Senior Microsoft Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Engineer to join our established Microsoft Infrastructure team. The team is responsible for the on-premises Windows Server Operating Systems, Active Directory, SharePoint, Printing, Server AV protection, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365 functionality, Single Sign on Services and many others. Additionally, the Microsoft team provides 3^rd-line support to end users, and assistance to our 1^st and 2^nd line support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, install, configure, and maintain Microsoft based infrastructure, both on-premises and cloud.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to the team’s processes.
• Provide support and technical expertise to resolve Microsoft Server-related issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of delivering enterprise-level, mission-critical information systems in a structured environment, utilizing Microsoft technology.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding and experience of delivery and management of a range of technologies that are aligned to these areas of specialism.
