Applications are invited for the post of Lecturer in Digital Education, based within the Moray House School of Education. We are seeking an individual with significant experience in digital education research, teaching and consultancy to join our Centre for Research in Digital Education. You will support a new cross-University project to design large distance programmes at postgraduate level, teach on our online MSc in Digital Education, assist in the development of vision for digital education and develop our portfolio in digital education for international development.
You will have experience and knowledge of the broad field of digital education and expertise in one or more of its sub-fields. You will have experience of online teaching, and of the design and delivery of online and distance education, while being able to demonstrate strong research potential and a growing profile of projects and publications in digital education for international development.
You will work with the existing team within the Moray House School of Education to teach post-graduate courses, supervise Masters dissertations, and contribute to relevant research projects. You will also work with colleagues in Information Services Group and across the University to contribute a research-informed perspective to the design of new online postgraduate courses.
