We are looking for an Admissions Officer to join our successful central Admissions Team. Part of the Registry Services, this team processes applications and deals with enquiries for study at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who has experience in higher education administration, looking to further their career. The role will also be attractive to candidates who have Admissions experience, as it provides an opportunity to develop their skills in this area.
Located in Bloomsbury, central London you will support the Admissions Team Leader to deliver a high quality admissions service, from enquiry through to enrolment. You will deal with a wide range of applicants, ranging from foundation programmes to postgraduate students, and will undertake a varied range of duties. Working closely with the academic departments, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent applicant journey.
Alongside administration, customer service is also a key focus of this role, therefore you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Responsible for maintaining applicant records, the ability to use initiative and ensure good attention to detail are essential. Attendance at occasional recruitment events may also be required.

Grade 4 of the College's London Pay Scale which is £25,741 rising to £29,206 per annum.
The salary quoted will be pro-rata for this part time post and is on the College's London Pay Scale which includes a consolidated Weighting/Allowance which applies only to staff whose normal contractual place of work is in the Greater London area.
