The Faculty of Technology, Design and Environment undertakes teaching and research across a broad portfolio covering its constituent Schools of Architecture, Arts, Built Environment and Engineering, Computing and Mathematics.
The Faculty Office, which is located on our Headington Campus, provides outstanding professional services support for these activities.
We are seeking to appoint a Faculty Services Administrator, to support the work of the Head of Operations and provide excellent administrative support for a wide range of key Faculty activities.
You will have substantial administrative experience; including supporting senior staff; proven problem solving and interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively to achieve team goals. Exercising sound judgement, discretion and confidentiality, the post-holder will fulfil a varied and dynamic role, including-
