Applications are invited for the post of Research Facilitator, to support the research activities of the Mathematical Institute.

This post presents an exciting opportunity to develop a career in research support, working in one of the world’s leading mathematics departments. Research Facilitation supports the research activities of the Mathematical Institute by identifying research opportunities and managing research grant applications for a large population of academic staff and researchers. The successful candidate will have a good first degree or equivalent experience and a high level of numeracy together with knowledge of the research funding environment, and experience of working co-operatively with peers and senior academics in connection with grant writing, or the facilitation or management of funded research projects.
